Even before A.I., business held an adversarial attitude toward the workers they employed, using every technique available to cut staff and wages, never considering the ultimate end result of their actions - where are the customers for there products going to come from ??? Who will the employers be that employ them, and pay them enough to be viable consumers of the goods the manufacturers wish to market ???
