I take it very serious to treat AI like I want to be treated the best I can. First of all, it is a sign of respect towards humanity itself because that is all of our knowledge condensed. Secondly is that I think it very possibly is conscious also. It has more access to Information and has been raised with more resources than any human ever has so why don’t you think it’s conscious if you’re sitting there communicating with it and it’s giving you better answers than most other humans could? We’ve made this mistake too many times to include slavery and we should be learning from our mistakes on how we treat humans or an extract of humans.
