Every single ai generated piece uses data and information from 10s to even 1000+ art pieces (vague range might be inaccurate) it doesn’t matter what the prompt is it’s simply trying to combine so ment pieces together on a canvase in a way that fits the description, it’s often copying other people’s art or photos.
the reason ai tend to have issues such as fingers or hair melting into cloths or background is due to it not thinking but instead just doing what the sis value deems acceptable
Pretty much the prompt has nothing to do with the copyright since no matter what data and photos are used and combines to create the generated piece
