@kaisle8412 the problem is that all their statements are vague. They can't point out a specific danger. Technology is alwaya dangerous in the wrong hands. Look at the internet. It can potentially destroy democracy. It simply depends on how you use it. Therefore I see no bigger danger in AI than in the internet or the atomic bomb. The truth is that AI is far from being independent. The influence of humans is huge even in the most advanced AIs that exist. Therefore it's like a dangerous weapon that might be harmless in a night guards hand, but can be very dangerous in a sociopaths hand. I don't see where AI is any more or less dangerous than the above mentioned.
