13:50 yes this is a major concern and the only real concern I have with president trump pretty much. I voted for him based on how he campaigned but then he got involved with project star gate (ai, not the tv show haha) and just recently passed a bill that in the fine print doesn't allow restraint of AI within the states for 10 years. Unregulated AI is now allowed for 10 years and law makers admitted passing it not having read it all the way and only found out about it after the vote. On a side note.. doesn't the false prophet in the bible give life to the image of the beast? I'm not saying it is elon but for real one should question why the sudden switch up and push and calling it a 'god'. ai is already in some churches preaching a false message.. some clips even go as far as saying we are all good with God and that there is no such thing as sin.
