@AlekseyMaksimovichPeshkovWhat action constitutes the stealing? Certainly downloading images or videos isnt theft. What matters is how you use it once you download it. So the rules of fair use come into play. When a news report about McDonalds stock shows an image of the golden arches on their screen, its not because they begged McDonalds to use it. They just yoinked it off the internet. Its fair use. So is AI if its not directly copying works.
