the thing is you're not paying for a "bunch of pixels", you are paying for the artist's time and knowledge of the art form. also are you really unironically calling us "paintpigs" 💀 i thought twitter mocked that term into oblivion. however i do agree with the last statements, but at the same time us "smart"/good artists are being stolen from, which is the biggest issue with ai art. personally, and i can say this for a multitude of people in the art community, ai art isnt bad. i love the technology behind it and i hope it improves however it should be a lot more ethical and legal, by hiring actual consenting artists to be feeding their art into the programs that ai techs have made.
