Yea, I think so. Framing it as a dividend is the right way to think about it...as this tech takes off, it will be harder and harder for the masses to be excited about it if the value is pooling up on the balance sheets of mega corps. If we don't do something like this, innovation will eventually face a backlash and we won't have to worry about automation because we just won't let it happen.
