Looked up the settlement and $105k to divide among the 4 plaintiffs plus atty fees for everything they went through seems like a negligible award. I donate a few bucks to IJ occasionally and would have sent a few more to help with this case, but i understand the deck would be stacked against you so an admission and settlement of any kind was probably the right decision. We need LEO's but these people are criminals with badges. I wish the (interim) state AG and desantis would take a look at this and US DOJ. Of course Bondi is an incompetent barnacle so won't hold my breath.
