12:31 this goes far beyond what we believe in the modern sense of AI. Artificial intelligence has been used in hiring since 2015. Some of us understand the memory hole of algorithms and the only thing that’s really changed is the marketing capabilities and the speed of deployment. Even if we remove the current people named in the lawsuit from the conversation, these companies did not invent anything new.
