@BambooCoffin "Treating humans as nothing more than optimisation functions is a philosophical claim, not a scientific fact." What is your scientific fact in stating all those other things you mentioned are more than neural networking? Because so far science does not explain anything outside of the brain, which is a giant neural network. You're the one attributing things to philosophical constructs instead of real tangible factual things.
