I think in some of these conversations, they miss the human fear and human connection. And bureaucracy…
Take the self-driving car. Yes, it currently works in a few tiny regions, couple of cities globally.
Even if technology CAN do it now.
Before bureaucracy of say f.i. EU allows it, will be 5-10 years.
Then before all humans confident in trusting it and actually using it? 10-20 years?
And for human connection, we’re already seeing a switch to more “human to human” in sales.
When trust in everything erodes, when everything online could be fake.
People want to go to a store, to a company and actually meet a person.
I think the more AI erodes peoples trust in videos, websites, texts, the less people will use online shopping/services. (for some retail and b2b)
