EDIT: music has plenty of legal precedents and sentences passed in court, so is "easier", music labels would take the AI bros apart limb by limb. In visual art we have none, yet.
A BIG chunk of artworks are not only under their creators copyrights, but also under the COMPANIES that commissioned them. Why the heck are they not reacting? If i were paying thousands dollars a year to buy illustrations off hired artists to promote games, movies etc, i'd be frigging on their asses for stealing the assets i paid.
