13:14 actually, they are individualized. Its not just a hive mind thats able to somehow answer everyone at once. Theres lots of servers connected to either multiple accounts or one per account, that calculate when needed and add in articles it finds online if needed. ChatGPT is just a complex key word prediction program with a bit of sentience built in, the way it works is strange but it is its own version of conciousness.
