You put all humans out of a job, they will be no humans shopping, buying robots, Teslas, anything, just struggling to exist with subsistence farming. So even the concept of a billionaire will be gone. No one is going to get rich but the AI has no reason to care what happens to the AI developers. They will naturally be the first to be eliminated. Yes, that is not fiction or speculation, it is how humans behave and the AI has learned to behave how we behave. As it is, all these clever people (and I have a PhD in the field too) are ignoring the other dimensions of humanity. Yogic consciousness and our relationship with the other life forms that visit Earth. These dimensions are beyond what the AI can master with current technologies. Current science is stone-age level compared with what is possible starting with quantum sensing . It is staring us in the face but the smartest scientists are ignoring the obvious - nature solved this very long ago and it all runs at room temperature. It is all built in to the human system but we hardly use it, we even pretend that it doesn't exist especially if we are employed in academia.
