There's a strong, pervasive hatred of women throughout these types of men that is both taught by their parents, society and peers. Korea in particular is just more vocal online about it and a lot of sex crimes are straight up more punishing for the victims than the perpetrators even when they're caught. That's not to say other countries are better or worse. My own country likes to present itself as liberal, but the rising right wing politics and even just the everyday interactions I have with people has taught me that my own country's society is still deeply patriarchal and sees women as sex objects, child bearers, caretakers etc before seeing them as human beings. These incels, pedophiles and incestuous losers are taught that they are "special" and can do no wrong, so they grow into an innate sense of entitlement. At the same time, they're taught that women are meant to be demure sex dolls whose primary role is to cater to them and find them interesting and desirable. They straight up don't see women as equal human beings. And then they hit middle school, high school, university and their lack of validation from every single woman around them, the fact that they meet girls and women who have their own thoughts and feelings, who aren't interested in them, don't automatically fall to their knees wanting to sleep with them is too much for their fragile egos. It's all about control and how these guys with incredibly small, fragile egos want to feel superior to someone because their perception of the world and themselves is so warped they can't even realize how debased and horrendous and low they are as human beings. And then they have the gall to blame it on feminists and make feminism out to be this society destroying boogeyman. No. The men who don't see women as people, who sexually assault even their own family members, friends and classmates and then have the gall to say to the "ugly" ones "you're safe" or to write reassurance to their fellow criminals that they won't get caught are the real problem.
