"AI is more accessible!" -> They don't say that to say that it is cheaper in money. They say it because they don't have to invest their time in it. They don't have to make any effort. It's accessible like searching the result online but because it's generated on the fly, they think they kind of created it.
Also "AI artist", it's again because they think that they create new stuff but it only output a mix of what is associated to the input in the training database. Even if some content is new because in between multiple initial content, it's not created by the one who typed the prompt. Prompters are not artist, they are more "researcher of images". They search what they want by changing prompt, that's not art creation, it's just choosing content.
