Does it really matter if states can issue impotent laws regarding AI or not? I'm not so sure any more considering all the fraud and election rigging discoveries... Are they really under our control? We just know the federal government has been untrustworthy for a longer time...
We have a a host of hands hovering over the lock on Pandora's box... Nay, it's already been opened! And I seriously doubt any laws are going to restrain it... This is the fruit of the religion of science.
