Agree on the problem statement to a large degree, but not on the proposed solutions.
There's still so much to do in energy, Healthcare, infrastructure, construction that's not done currently and that AI won't solve. The government should support job transitions to such areas.
Reducing labor (32h week) should happen only once there are clear trends that skilled healthy people don't find jobs anymore. With the boomers going to retire, this will probably take more than a decade or two.
