It's hard not to notice how when you call any company of scale these days the whole process is to get you off the phone without having to tie up any human resources. It's insulting, you simply can't interact with well paid knowledgable people able to understand and help . Elimination the job of the well paid knowledgeable person is often underscored when, and if, you get a human it's obviously in a foreign "boiler room" for with heavy accents reading from a script. Why all the impetus on AI when what we really need is to get back to valuing our fellow humans? I'm guessing Wall Street bottom lines favor AI over humans. In that eco-system the dark powers probably desire sentient AI while expounding the opposite claims with a smile. Obviously AI can be used wisely or destructively to which I'd say any level of being sentient comes with a cost to the moral value of each of us. Machine over man is not the right direction period and should be called out.
