I dont think the shooting part neccesarily was a racist assumption as the AI was right and also blacks are just more likely to be shot in general usually due to gangs pulling them in, the areas they live in, and shooters themselves being racist. I know this is true I live in the hood. There also a quantum theory about whether u watch or dont watch something it changes the outcome so the cops putting surveillance over the guy might have effected it
