I once heard someone compare prompt engeniers to commitioners, thry may have the art, but they dont own the copyrights to it, but in this case the commitioned is the program, HOWEVER the program is still using other peiple art in the process, so by extention, this is a simple argument, the program did do the piece but used other people art, meaning proffit, credit and copyright belongs to the hundreds of thousand arts the ai trained on
Now the awnser: credit, and give compensation to every single art used, and if they can have bots scrape the arts, just have it scrape the users too and you can have their contact to pay them
That is the most legal way i see this working IN A GOOD FUTURE, but we all know they will not try to do that
