This Video is 100% a lie... based on lies and mixing up or even missing the stuff that realy matters in the first place... this video is 100% against artists and 100% against AI, and only huge company benefit from his lies. 1. issu that realy should matter for Artist is that "AI" is able to generate Art (not just images) completly automaticly and the problem is so fast that you could easly get copyright for all possible images that exeist and could exeist. Like having a block of 9 pixel and copyright all combination and then making the block bigger and bigger in all possible color combination... and then if you get close enugth to the orginal made by ai you are losing. That means its possible to take all the space / possiblitys for artist. But in the "EU" its allrdy regulated and explained that this fully automaticly are not allowed and not considert copyright work. Becuase its like copyright the color blue for exmaple... makese no sense. 2. Everything else is allowed and was allways allowed and should be allowed. First of all you guys get lied becuase the huge companys dont want the artist get power, these days normaly artist get not even 1% of the Profits and Benefits. AI is able to change it becuase it makes 100days work into 1 day work or some other expample i had was 50 artist toke 1 year to make now these days takes 1 artist 1 day. Now I explain the Point about "AI" using data set made of copyright material to learn is the problem that this is allowed and moraly and legaly right and shouldnt be changed. First of all you need to understand you are mixed up and why it makes no sense... if we didnt allow that. That would me even our memory (brain) wouldnt be allowed and all technolgy and ideas are not allowed. Technicly Ai learnes "IDEAS" and you can copyright idea and everything he used publicly is allowed. So if you an artist and dont want that "People" or "AI" see your stuff... then dont publish it. Otherwise if other see it, its not thair fault, its yours. And thats why this makes no sense... everything you said is based on that people creat data-set and Ai learning this way. But this is completly wrong. AI learning is much more complex and more like how our brain works. Its like cultivating some real brains. Thats why this is completly idiotic... and also that he can by using the ideas creating everything again and make break copyright law is also completly stupid. 1. it allways need an INput so you need to give him the information and order what do to... if you ever used Ai you would kown that. That means if call this an argument then everything shouldnt be allowed for exmaple any printer and copymachine, any camera and all things able to safe something... the internet and all computers and mobile shouldnt be exeist... and then we go even to other basic technology in the end nearly nothing would be allowed. 2. What we call AI isnt AI at all... calling it Ai is like calling a horse a Airplane... just becuase it can move. In the end the real Problem everyone has is that AI will take all our Jobs. 24% of all who worked in Microsoft got Exchanges for AI.... AI will take 100% of all Jobs. WE never Had any movies about AI jet, since Terminator or other stuff are totaly wrong. In 3-7 years what we call AInare able to Take 99,9% of all Jobs, the 0,1% are left are because we humans need human Interactions somethimes. About the real AI Thing... If WE realy able to make this move one day... Its more Like creating something with the Same Power as a Ginie that makes Infinite wishes with limitations and god. And the Questen is in the end who makes the frist wish. Also then it also alive because real AI is to complex, maybe more alive then us. The only way to fix truely this is to gives people the Money for free since 0% Jobs will be left .. how to earn Money then ?
