My question is: why accept it? Can't we gather together and fight autonomous technology through legislation? What's the end result of autonomizing peoples jobs? A few ultra wealthy people telling the homeless masses: "Let them eat cake."
There's a difference between creating a new product(lightbulbs replacing candles) and replacing peoples careers with automation.
