I dont think it is right to copyright this art piece, but you missed the fact that he stated that it was a iterative process, which means he did not use a single prompt to generate the image.
The more skilled people who use AI to generate can use large amount of time refining their images until they are happy with the results and this can be many hours of work and does in fact need a human with some creativity to do so.
The way you talk about AI just shows you really do not understand the technology or how it can be used.
