I knew this was coming, I am self employed and I cannot afford to hire a person to help me grow my business. But my daughter who is Gen Z told me to not hire an AI Agent but a person. She see's that one person or one company caving to use an AI employee displaces a human in the future. And she is right. AI should be a tool used by people to enhance their productivity and speed at which they work. Not displace them. This is so dystopian - I cannot even believe that the larger companies who can afford to hire staff - would rather hire robots and AI. Its so greedy and selfish.
