As someone who is not an artist I lose any interest in something when I know it is ai generated. It's boring. I can go to one of those ai generators and generate a million images like it and it no longer has any meaning. But when it is something made by someone you are experiencing their work. It then is no longer just another computer generated mush. What's the point of having a picture on your wall you have no connection to it just looks kinda good but it is simply unimaginative.
