No. Might be hard to understand first, but indeed those marks and signature like parts of the image does not derive from any images the ai was trained on directly. It is not at all meshing up some images like a very fast automated photoshop.
Proof for that? Listen. You can run stable diffusion offline and locally on your mashine. It is round about 4GB in size. Where should it store those images? There is no compression algorithm capable of putting billions of images into 4GB. And the code is open source. You can also check it. There are no images inside.
