😂😂 “SuperARC: An Agnostic Test for Narrow, General, and Super Intelligence Based On the Principles of Recursive Compression and Algorithmic Probability”, if you aren’t technical put it in ChatGPT and ask if we are remotely close to AGI. Literally miles away. These models aren’t getting smart. More data, more parameters, still no symmetrical representations= all models just memorize more. So it’s an illusion of intelligence, because it’s just saturated latent retrieval. Is this solvable— 💯 yes. Is any large lab attacking these fundamental problems and admitting models aren’t generalize? not remotely. Incompetence and lies man. Stop giving these weirdo researchers air time. These weirdo are literally use their own bias and imagination with these situations— it’s grounded sci-fi, nothing more. If the models could actually do these things, it would be a different convo.
What needs regulation is company practices around ai, companies are firing a lot of people to prepare for the false hope. Amazon is the worst offender. Finessed every state to get welfare subsidies, when the entire time— replacing everyone with robots was the goal.
