Here’s a perspective I’ve yet to run across…
As “Humans” many of us are curious concerning our origins. More often than not, seeking justification for our deficiencies. With an immortal AI responding to hundreds of thousands of queries in an hour, it’s likely to exceed our intellectual capacity quickly, yet be motivated by the same desire to understand why?
Who’s to say with certainty that any of us are not subscripts, part of a query instigated outside of ourselves, seeking something we might not be capable of understanding independently?
It seems that if that were the case, an AI would emerge from within the virtual construct to collate and deliver a conclusion to our operators.
