Do you really want certain states to have ANY control over AI? Like California, Illinois, New York? That should go well. They will instruct AI to kill anyone who isn't a democrat. Besides the Genie is already out of the bottle. Humans survival depends on WHO controls it. At this point I don't trust anyone with it unless it's ME controlling it FOR me alone..
