I'm a disabled artist. Used to love pencil and charcoal drawing. Got severe nerve and joint damage in my hands. Haven't been able to draw since.
I see the problem of AI generated images when distributed as if it's real art. The training itself needs to be done better, with respect to the wishes of actual artists. That's the problem. Blatant art theft, which isn't necessary and pits AI against real artists when it's very much possible for both to exist alongside each other.
You wanted to hear from disabled artists, right? Or did you mean, artists who's disabilities don't directly hinder their ability to do what they love and who's opinions perfectly align with yours?
