The worst parts of predictive policing:
1) The algorithms are written for/by neurotypical humans and are biased in relation to folks with autism, tourettes, and other psychiatric disorders. (Where the person can't control their speech... or are prone to outbursts.)
2) Police are incentivized to bully you into committing a crime... because it makes it appear as though the algorithms were correct. (So they recieve more taxpayer funds to back the project.)
3) Police and politicians use this program to spy on / bully day to day "enemies" and political competitors. (How can you possibly have a fair run for political office, if your competitors are spying on you and slandering you behind your back?)
We all must push for oversight and transparency in these spy programs.
