I'm a pro-ai artist, i make games and I use ai to speed up the dev process. I generate models using ai to use them as placeholders and background elements and I save tons of time without googling stuff. I still need to use my modeling skills to fix generated models that I want to use as characters or objects that are close to camera so this is basically a hybrid work. I draw stuff too but more as a hobby, not production. I believe generating a base than enhancing it by hand is just faster than doing everything by hand. If you want maximum creative freedom, to control every shape, form and color to have your own style, sure, do it without AI, have fun just like I do doing it as a hobby, but if you believe a lot of people will pay for that without time constraints, then good luck.
