AI will not replace jobs, because it cannot. AIs are LLMs, LLMs are Probability Machines that are trained on data, they predict things from a pool of information, from a token they are given. If you go to an AI, make two different instances of that AI, and ask them both the same question, like: ”What personality would you wish to have?” The two instances will have the same response, just worded differently. (You can easily prove this as fact, by literally going to any AI, like Copilot or Chatgpt, and asking the same questions in two different Conversations) These LLMs DO NOT, and CANNOT make connections, they cannot create something, because they 'thought of it' or 'dreamt of it' An AI assisted machine, may be able to 'manage' your business, but that same machine cannot make THE CHOICE to set-up meetings, or discuss plans, or make up plans, or negotiate. AI cannot make CHOICES, thus it cannot think, and a worker that doesn't THINK is more dangerous to your business, than any incompetent human. Machines still need human supervision in order to work efficiently, there is no point of replacing people with machines in work places. If those machines still need humans to function, it's like hiring 2 people to work in the same cubicle.
