I'm genuinely surprised this isn't a trump team tactic.
This is amusing to me as an insurance claims handler also tbh😂there's talk in our field of some handling being taken over by AI.
The company I previously worked for did have an AI bot/chat system-thing sorting incoming correspondence to files(did not go well 99% of the time).
I've seen some cases in my time but this is next level
