As a disabled artist, I find art one of the most accessible things in my life, and the lives of many of my disabled friends. Especially in this capitalist hellscape, art is often the only thing within reach to make life feel like it’s worth something. I can’t work, and we’re too poor to go out and do anything, so oftentimes we spend days in the house doing nothing but doomscrolling. At the end of the day, if I wasn’t able to draw and paint and sculpt and write and sing I’d be doing nothing but sitting on my computer chugging out pointless garbage for other people to consume only to, myself, consume the pointless garbage in turn- oh wait that’s probably what the AI bithces do haha. Also, I find it HILARIOUS that the people who defend AI (coincidentally often the same people who back the oligarchic fascist bs) have the worst grammar ever?? Like bruv how are you going to pretend your opinion matters???
