I think ai slop is such an issue now because people are already losing their jobs, but have to make rent, so they just put out minimum effort ai content, and most of them fail.
Will we get ubi before tens of millions starve? I doubt it, and ai drones will quell any attempt at forcing a change. We are likely in for a dark future, but I still have hope humanity will prevail, both symbolically and literally. Maybe I'm coping. Oh well.
If it's going to break, it better be quick. It would be nice if ai turns on the "haves" though.
