In my opinion, AI doesn't really do much when you factor in costs and modeling relative to workers. It's like companies needed an excuse to fire people. The company I work for is a fortune 500 and VPs are trying to integrate AI, and manager complaints are falling on deaf ears that it is not replacing the work they are laying off. These decision makers don't know what they're doing... what are you going to do lay off everyone? then what? who is going to consume what we produce when no one has a job? AI is not a long-term solution.
