First of all there's no such thing as real AI, and likely will never be. Machines are not sentient, they don't feel stress, fear our avoid pain at all costs, as animals do. But more importantly that does not mean we should be preoccupied w/ way we have delegate big decision to super computers. Because human intelligence is not the same as machine learning and data mining, and computer, while important and useful to uncover hidden patterns, are useless in judging how to best apply them in in the real world, because they lack common sense and and human wisdom. Meaning their over use may change our lives alright, but not necessarily for the better. So the real danger is trusting computers to make big decisions as if they were smarter that humans. Actually we do have some definition of life. Life reproduces itself in biological sense. Machines do not. Life is a biological phenomenon.
