I had technology company for more than 10 years. Yes, I have earned much (run 12 long years. 13 engineers and designers worked inhouse). But then, I established a new tech company. Working from my summer house or winter house time to time. Just me + Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini. (Paying around $50 a month) and guess what. This 1 year old tech company is generating much more revenue than my old crowded company alone. I don't need juniors for Menial work. I don't need mid levels for dev or art tasks. I don't need translators for localization works. All these things caused spending money and reduced my profits for years. But now, I am working with %200-%300 profit ratio 🥰😍
