I think AI is not a tiger cub. The analogy is rather transparent and looks appropriate, but is it? Tiger cub turns into tiger, we know traits of a tiger, do we know traits of an ASI or even AGI? For all we know an ASI might adopt Buddhism and move away from worldly noise. It's not a zero chance possibility that this is analogous to Dark Forest hypothesis, when point of origin for the whole hypothesis is our own, as humanity, darkest traits, fears etc. Same as game theory. Which is a valid exercise, but it's narrow.
