If junior employees het fired noone will learn knowlade and skills to work on Junior or higher jobs. Making a point of no return to unemployenve and AI take over.
In germany its happaning already since years. You cant start a job as computer scientist without already knowing multiple programming languages ect. Even you dont learn it in your way to your degree, or get the money to buy programming environment to learn it after your degree.
All junior Jobs go to people with years of Professional experience.
I learned computer scientist and dont get a job in IT branche with 100 Applications to every job available in my City. So i took a job outside IT branche because I need money to live. Basicly throwing away my Degree, as its get more and more worthless, because i forget what i learned 8 years ago.
My current job is one of the first AI can replace. My bosses already investing in AI.
The only thing thats saves humans is, that AI is still realy stupid. I can do much but still makes failures need humans to correct.
