I worry about AI being weaponized like everything else. It could be used to influence elections for sure. The problem I see s that it like sampling music. Yes, they produced some marvelous music sampling others prior work but until they started paying for the earlier works, they were stopped from sampling it. Same for AI, it is using everyone's earlier work and it's smart so it knows which works. They are going to have to PAY UP to sample earlier work. It's a no go you can't tell who is being sampled!
