Amazing how many comments and the sheer amount of words AI lovers can write in a day to defend it, but somehow they're unable to just go and write a book instead of wasting their time whining about "democratization". They've said that clunker of a line so many times, but let's be clear, it's so transparently disingenuous, because the kind of democracy these AI bros want is the kind we currently have in the US..... They were always free to do art or writing, they just didn't like that they would have to try to succeed. Just like how some folks needed "meritocracy" aka legal discrimination, to be able to get ahead or keep their priviledged lazy lifestyles, the AI "writer" or "artist" needs to steal from everyone else because it's not fair for other people's talents to not also just automatically belong to them like everything else.
