This guy has become a classic doomer. He would be in the streets saying the printing press is gonna ruin humanity or the Industrial Revolution. Like most things in human history, the outcome of AI is gonna be much more nuanced than the doomer take or the optimist take. But if I’m a betting man I’d lean more on the optimist side. Enough with telling everyone how fucked they are so you can get clicks and more ads and maybe explain how money actually works.
