Honestly I don't get the pro/anti AI argument. Why do artists put themselves into the position of being mindless image computers? I see so many talented and wonderful artists completely overlooking their own innate abilities that no AI could ever reproduce.
If anything AI should allow artists to be the artisans they were in the days of Degas, Da Vinci, and Rembrandt. It is as disturbing to me as confounding that people wish to waste their gifts on mindless throw-away fillers, while others try to use AI to make things like the covers of books!
