I don't think she understands why people use AI for therapy.
I find it better at fairly formulaic behavioural support, because it doesn't feel threatened and switch to discouraging me as soon as I surpass them in any way, like a person would and is always available. Not feeling threatened makes it particularly effective in supporting positive behaviours.
It's also far better for validation and venting.
However, that's far from a complete substitute for therapy.
