We are created in the image of God, but we have marred that image. We've chosen intelligence (knowledge of good and evil) over wisdom (life). The Bible says that in the last days, knowledge will increase, but the love of many will grow cold. Sounds like that's where we're headed if we keep pressing the development of AI/AGI.
