I dont see a lot of good rguments here, making this about hard work or big corporations is a moot point, those arguments can be said about almost all forms of automation AI or not.
One really good point i agree with though, is the right not to be automatically opted in. If i draw 3 circles in the wrong way Disney will have the FBI kick my door in.
But its still unstoppable, even in the best case scenario if the data sets only get stuff thats opted in, they will only get bigger, never smaller. So at best you can slow down the inevetable. Everyone likes progress till it leaves them obsolete and in the (near?) future, it's the artists turn. I'm not saying this as a haha sucks-to-be-you kind of statement. I'm sure my turn will come soon enough. I'm just saying we need to accept and adjust however we can when we have no choice.
